In March, the St. Croix Chamber of Commerce selected NEARiX as the 2015 Business of the Year! NEARiX was honored to be recognized for our contribution in the community of St. Croix and in the Virgin Islands. It is exciting to see the business grow as our presence expands for outsourcing and software solutions. Our community and our business partners helped make this possible.
NEARiX has helped to host and sponsor three Hackathons with the University of the Virgin Islands, awarding scholarships and internships to students. “We hope we can encourage these students and help strengthen their educations”, says Leon Hughes, Founder and CEO. Our relationships continue to expand across St. Croix and St. Thomas.
We continue to seek the most efficient and effective solutions for our business partners. At the same time, we also are continuing to pursue community outreach endeavors. We hope our business helps to provide a foundation for success on the island.
